Heya! My name is Vin. I'm a trans-masc american artist. I go by he/him pronouns and prefer if you don't use any fem-titles as they make me feel uncomfortable, but you're free to call me pretty or smth if you'd like lol.My interests can vary but most of the time you'll hear me talking about something relating to anime or virtual creators. I'm always hanging around in that area of content. Same with vocaloid, I've always been into their music and lowkey wish to learn how to use the program myself one day...whether it be for legit music or just to play around.I'm currently trying to learn how to lean more semi-realistic in my art but it still takes a lot of my drive, so you'll see more cartoony styles too. But it's still me!

Terms of Service

By ordering a commission you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.Last Updated: 10.20.23

General:

-I reserve right to not accept your commission order without any reason or explanation.
-I have right to alter my Terms of Service at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and won't influence orders started on older terms.
-The product is a digital file and does not require shipping.
-The finished commission will be sent via discord/toyhou.se/email.

Payments and refunds:

-All payments must be made via Paypal upfront and in USD.
-I will not start drawing until an email has been sent saying you sent a payment.
-Individual payment plans are available for artworks above $100.
-If you wish to cancel a commission during the process of me already being far into the commission, you will recieve 15% of the original price. (May vary depending on the progress.)
-A full refund will be given if the I choose to cancel the commission.

Creation process, Revisions, Deadlines:

-My queue doesn't reflect work order. For creative purposes I alternate between the pieces. I do however still prioritize Patrons and USD over alt payments.
-If you wish for a deadline, it MUST be communicated and agreed on beforehand. Deadlines may affect the price and can be refused.
-Most commission types will receive sketch stage for approval and right to revision.
-Further work-in-progress updates are provided exclusively after client's request.
-Any additional work outside of initial project can be refused, or will be charged for accordingly.
-Additional services like livestreams, timelapse videos and similar are currently unavailable.

Limitations:

-I reserve the right to decline commissions dealing with certain topics, including offensive and hateful artwork, extreme violence and illegal activities, or any other themes I see as inappropriate or don't feel comfortable with for any reasons.
- Sexual themed artwork will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Tasteful nudity is fine; explicit themes or fetish-themed work will be considered depending on content.
- By ordering adult themed content you confirm that you're of legal age in your country.

Image rights:

-I as an artist retain all rights to created artwork. I reserve right to repost, use and sell created art in digital or physical forms. Profits won't be shared.
-Clients may repost watermarked art at will as long as credit to an author is included and no profit is being made.
-I do not claim any rights to characters and other intellectual properties used in process of creation.
-Clients cannot resell bought commissons in any form (including NFTs) without previously buying full commercial rights to commissioned artwork.

Complex designs may cause the price to rise. If the character you want drawn has large horns/antlers or wings please contact me before initiating the commission! This may or may not cause the total to raise!

Progress images may be sent frequently for input on any changes needed, I will not continue working on your commission until I get a response. You're allowed to request any edits during the sketch phase, minimal edits during the lineart and coloring phase, and no other edits can be made afterword. Please make sure you note everything that needs edits before the end of the coloring phase!
Additionally, you may only request to change the character if I haven't already begun sketching. If you want to change the character after, I will charge extra. You can only change your character twice, so please make sure you are settled before sending me the order form.

Illustrations come with backgrounds that can range from simple to complex environments. The character(s) by default come with clean lines, shading, and highligts, along with final filters once the product has been approved.

Additional characters will be 50% of the original price. If a character is complex in design (wings, antlers, etc), the price may rise, if you have concerns about this you're free to ask!

ORDERING

To commission me, please fill out the corresponding form and then send it to me thru Discord DMs. Alternatively, you can DM me on toyhou.se, but I check discord more frequently, so it may not be seen right away.Once you've sent the form, I'll either accept or deny the commission. If I accept, I'll give you your total along with any questions about your commission. If everything's good to go, I'll give you the go ahead to send the payment via either Paypal and we can go from there!
